4 statues clues in search for dead baby's mom

They found her near Red Wing, Minnesota. Detectives hope that these figurines, and the necklace will lead to the baby's mother, the one who everyone thinks dropped her in the river. They mainly want to talk to the mother of the baby to make sure she is in a healthy mental state. There have been four other babies dropped in the Mississippi river in the past twelve years, but none of these cases seem related. A lady from the Hennepin county medical center just wishes the mother could've left her at the hospital instead of going to such extremes.
